Role: Area Sales Manager

Location: - Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth within the assigned area by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities and expanding the customer base.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct regular market visits and travel within the designated region to engage with partners and customers.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in electronics industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on results.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
