Velvu Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Velvu Referral Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before sharing your referral link or claiming referral rewards.

1. Eligibility

1. The Velvu Referral Program is available to eligible registered Velvu customers/users.
2. Participants must provide accurate and valid account information.
3. Velvu reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant or referral.

2. Referral Process

1. Eligible participants can generate and share their unique referral link with friends, family, or other eligible customers.
2. The referred customer must register through the participant's referral link.
3. A referral will be considered successful only when the referred customer completes a qualifying order in accordance with the program rules.
4. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake accounts, or referrals created for the purpose of improperly obtaining rewards are not permitted.

3. Referral Commission

1. The referral commission will be calculated according to the commission rate displayed in the Velvu Referral Program.
2. Commission may be calculated on the gross product/order value excluding applicable taxes and shipping charges, as specified by Velvu.
3. Referral commission is subject to successful order completion and verification.
4. Cancelled, rejected, fraudulent, returned, refunded, or otherwise ineligible orders may not qualify for referral commission.
5. Velvu reserves the right to adjust or reverse a commission if the associated order is subsequently cancelled, returned, refunded, or determined to be fraudulent.

4. Referral Coupon / Customer Discount

1. Where applicable, referred customers may receive a referral coupon or promotional discount.
2. The referral coupon may be applicable only to the referred customer's first qualifying order.
3. The coupon cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless specifically permitted by Velvu.
4. Coupon validity, discount value, minimum order value, and other restrictions will be displayed or communicated at the time of the referral offer.

5. Referral Rewards

1. Referral rewards will be credited to the eligible referrer's referral account after the qualifying order has been successfully completed and verified.
2. The minimum withdrawal amount will be as specified in the Referral Program.
3. Withdrawal requests may be subject to verification and processing timelines.
4. Velvu may require additional information or verification before processing a withdrawal.
5. Any applicable taxes, statutory deductions, or charges relating to referral rewards shall be borne by the recipient, wherever applicable.

6. Prohibited Activities

Participants must not:

• Create multiple accounts to earn additional referral rewards.
• Refer themselves or use their own referral link for personal orders.
• Use fake, misleading, or unauthorized customer information.
• Manipulate orders or referral activity to generate commissions improperly.
• Use spam, misleading advertising, or unauthorized brand promotions to distribute referral links.
• Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity related to the Referral Program.

7. Order Cancellation, Return & Refund

If a referred order is cancelled, returned, refunded, rejected, or otherwise becomes ineligible, the related referral commission may be cancelled or deducted from the participant's referral balance.

8. Account & Referral Security

1. Participants are responsible for keeping their Velvu account and referral information secure.
2. Participants must not request or obtain login credentials, OTPs, passwords, or other confidential information from referred customers.
3. Participants must not access or attempt to access a referred customer's account.
4. Referral users should not be permitted to log in to or access referred customers' accounts or order history.

9. Modification or Termination

Velvu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program, commission rates, coupon offers, eligibility criteria, or other program conditions at any time, subject to applicable law.

10. Fraud & Account Suspension

Velvu may suspend or terminate a participant's referral account and cancel pending or accumulated rewards if fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, or unauthorized activity is identified.

11. Limitation of Liability

Velvu shall not be responsible for referral rewards that cannot be credited due to incorrect information, technical issues, misuse of referral links, account-related issues, or circumstances beyond Velvu's reasonable control.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By joining or participating in the Velvu Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and any additional rules communicated by Velvu for specific referral campaigns.

Velvu Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
