We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet organizational hiring needs.


Key Responsibilities:-

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to joining).
  • Post job openings on portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, work India etc.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
  • Follow up with selected candidates for documentation and joining.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding formalities.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills:-

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment portals.
  • Understanding of HR processes.
  • MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.

Qualification:-

  • MBA / BBA in HR or related field.
  • Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
