Role Description:

The SMT engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing SMT processes, troubleshooting and maintaining equipment and ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the production line. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, analysing production data for optimisation, and ensuring compliance with quality standards to achieve production goals.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes and equipment handling
• Knowledge of troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of SMT production lines
• Experience with Panasonic or FUJI machines and DEKE printers
• Skills in quality control, process optimization, and equipment calibration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of electronic components and PCB assembly
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Experience in the electronic surveillance or related industry is a plus.
