We are seeking a growth-oriented Social Media Manager for an on-site role who can build and scale our social media channels through strategic planning, AI-driven execution, and high-impact UGC content. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and hands-on daily execution from the office.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Social Media Growth & Channel Management
• Own end-to-end management of all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook).
• Plan and execute growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach.
• Track performance metrics and optimize content based on data insights.
• Content Creation & UGC Strategy
• Create and manage UGC-focused content including customer testimonials, factory/office walkthroughs, team content, and short-form videos.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to capture authentic on-site content.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• AI Tools & Workflow Efficiency
• Use AI tools for content ideation, scripting, caption writing, hashtag research, and content repurposing.
• Improve turnaround time and content quality using automation and AI-powered tools.
• Communication & Brand Voice
• Write clear, engaging captions, scripts, and post copies.
• Maintain consistent brand voice across platforms.
• Manage comments, messages, and community interactions professionally.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams from the office.
• Support campaigns, launches, and internal branding initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Proven experience in managing and growing social media channels organically.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate daily with internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:-

• Experience in B2B, technology, manufacturing, or brand-led companies.
• Video-first mindset (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos).
• Basic understanding of paid social coordination

Experience: 2-3 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate 

Salary: Up to 35k CTC
